The best time to visit Miyakojima is from April to October when the weather is warm and the water is crystal clear. However, tours are available year-round.
No, you don't need to be able to swim. Life jackets are provided and our guides are experienced in helping non-swimmers enjoy the underwater world safely.
Please bring swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, and a change of clothes. We provide all snorkeling equipment including masks, snorkels, fins, and life jackets.
Yes! Our guides take professional-quality photos during the tour and share them with you at no extra cost. Drone footage may also be available depending on the tour.

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 6 days are subject to a 50% fee. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Yes, we provide free hotel pick-up within Miyakojima city area. Please provide your hotel name when booking, and we will confirm the pick-up time.
